Cooking and art.

My name is Roberto, and I am an artist/cook. I have been making art and cooking for most of my life, and I'd like to welcome you to my perspective of the world. Ever since I was a kid, I have always been creating something, always being drawn to color and the process of things around me. I started drawing as a kid and cooking as well. I can still remember my first dish, which was scrambled eggs and butter. I remember not being able to see how it looked because I couldn't see over the stove. I paired them with saltine crackers. I was only 7 years old. I still remember the first time I was inspired to draw. I was in kindergarten and saw this kid using parchment paper to trace the cover of the movie Toy Story. So I went home and started tracing

low-riders from the low-riders magazine, and that was the beginning of my little life of creativity. I love thinking about it now as I am typing this down. I'm still a kid at heart and still cooking and making art.
