One liner plate ups done in different coulis and sauces.
This project is all about breaking the boundaries of food presentation. I have decided to start playing with my food by the way I plate it up, I do what's called one liners, (when you draw something in one continuous line) it is something I've been doing since I was a teenager and now its taken a life of its own as I use the technique on my plates.
